February 27 and 28 2008 Advanced Seminar





The DSWAC dry stone wall workshop held indoors at Fisher Stone Supply in London Ontario on Feb 27 and 28 was a hoot!



A whopping 37 feet of free standing wall was built by ten enthusiastic landscapers, Fanshaw college students, quarry workers and masons including stiles, vertical coping and a 2 foot diameter circular 'moon gate' !



Thanks to Patrick Callon for organizing this event and to John Fisher for supplying all the lovely stone. Thanks too to Lee who moved all the stone in with the heavy equipment. This wall will remain up until the open house at Fisher Syone Supply near the end of April. And thanks to all the guys who worked so hard to make this project possible.
